The Challenge
Retrofitting an already-finished luxury builder floor with smart switches, AC automation, and digital door lock without cutting walls, changing conduits, or damaging interior paint.
The Solution
We implemented wireless Zigbee 3.0 smart modules installed behind existing switchboards, connected to a local smart hub, paired with smart IR blasters for AC control and a biometric digital smart lock on the main teak door.
